Thank you flooring direct for our beautiful wood floors! We highly recommend this company. Michael our sales rep was excellent and gave us several options to replace the carpet on the stairs and the entire upstairs of our home which included two bedrooms, hallway, game room, and media room. The entire process was seamless. From the time we ordered our floors to beginning installation was about two weeks. Of course it depends on the manufacture you chose. In the end, Flooring direct did come and replace all the carpet to fix the issue noted below. They also took care of all other concerned that were addressed. Despite the long time it took to get fixed, I am satisfied with product and flooring direct has follow up a year later to make sure all concerns are still performing to my satisfaction and fixed additional concerns I had. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

We just had carpet replaced on our stairs. Our sales person was Jake. He was incredible! We got 3 bids and went with FD- which was the best price. Communication was great and our carpet was installed within a week. The installers were so nice and hard working. They were very professional and listened to what we wanted. They had to match up a pattern and did a great job. We definitely recommend Jake and FD. We will defiantly use them again for future projects.

We recently completed two major bathroom renovations in our master bathrooms due to the lack of quality craftsmanship when our home was first built 5 1/2 years ago.
To ensure the work was done correctly we hired our own plumber, shower enclosure vendor and selected Flooring Direct for all of our tile needs.
From the initial engagement with Hiro as we selected out tile up until the last contractor left our home after they completed the installation, our experience with Flooring Direct has been nothing less of stellar.

Terrible experience for me. It was of those times when a seller will sell anything just to sell. This guy was name Chris. He said two guys would come to install my kitchen floor but instead one guy came. I was promised that these "two guys" can help move the fridge and stove for us but the one install guy complain saying they don't usually do it. He had trouble moving the fridge alone, afraid I'm thinking he will might break it. I called and said if another person was coming to him and they said no.

Very happy we chose Flooring Direct to install new hardwood floors in our home and new beautiful carpeting in our master bedroom. We had carpeting removed from our 3rd floor of our 4 story townhome and replaced with engineered wood. Hiro did our estimate and was very thorough. He even came back a second time to re-evaluate another option due to the engineered wood being less thick that the hardwood at the top of our stairs it would but up against. His alternative solution actually reduced the cost of the estimate some. The planks were ordered and came in quickly and they were able to work with my schedule to install them. If you want to deal with people who don't show up on time, who start the work prior to receiving and confirming the material, who won't take blame for anything and just blame their supplier for their wrongdoings, blame the construction business for late delivery, someone who you have to follow up with all the time, someone who don't cleanup after, someone who can't turn things off after use and just leave them running, who won't lock your doors when they leave for the day, and someone who violate their contract by placing charges on your credit card prior to the completion

We decided to replace our kitchen floor after some water damage that occurred with a defective refrigerator. After looking around for a few days we finally decided on floor direct we like the material and the yelp reviews that we saw online. Floor direct started our floor job on Ash Wednesday they promised us it would take two days to complete. After starting the job they informed us that they needed one more day to complete the job. I have mixed feelings towards this company's management team, but first, I want to give HUGE accolades to their installation team. Every time they were at our house, they were clean, professional, and did an exceptional job. We had contractors to our house giving bids on painting the walls and complimented how well the floors looked, especially around our curved brick fireplace.
However, in our case, the installers could only do good with what information was given to them. We bought brand new floors and new baseboards, but the sale rep from FD only put the floors in the installation notes

We had 3 bedrooms and 1 living space re-carpeted. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the product. The installation was quick and as painless as can be reasonably expected. Our living space had an upgraded pad prior to replacement. We pointed this out as a priority and were promised that the replacement pad would be comparable or better.

Removed water damaged solid wood flooring, scraped, and removed all floor glue, removed all debris and installed new floor tile in a "pin wheel" pattern, and stained and installed new wood base trim.
