Is there one particular product or type of flooring that withstands the test of time the best?. One of the products that have really developed over the last 2 or 3 years is water-resistant laminate. Originally, laminate performed very poorly in high-traffic areas. However, with today's advancements, we would definitely recommend luxury laminate and vinyl.
