My hot water heater suddenly started leaking water in the garage on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 between 1-2pm. After shutting off the water, I went to Home Depot to inquire about purchase and installation of a new one since it was 16 years old. To my dismay, I noted the signage that same day installation was only possible if purchased before noon. I originally purchased my toilets at home depot and home depot assigned Davis & Sons as my installers. They called me to set up a time, were friendly, and explained everything. They were in and out in no time leaving me with two brand new throwns for my royal back-side along with contact info if I had any problems. Unfortunately, I did - NOT with anything they had done but when I sprung a leak, I remembered them and called them, they sent my same (cute) serviceman right over, squeezing me into their tight schedules and fixing my issue in no time flat! This company was awesome! After calling different plumbing companies and were told service would be days away, this company answered ASAP. They were very professional and provided great service. Mark was the professional that installed our water heater. He explained everything that he needed to do and stayed until he knew for sure we were up and running.
