Mollica Construction was formed by Peter Mollica in 1995 with a focus on historic renovation. Since 2000 the company has specialized in custom home building and finish carpentry. Peter's hands-on approach to the construction business has led to a great respect for craftsmanship, and a passion for the Arts and Crafts movement has influenced him to build creative homes that tread lightly on the environment.
