Worst company i have ever dealt with.My dishwater sprung a leak a year ago so we decided to call Hayes construction because they had great reviews and was the worse decision every. Make a long story short i have been dealing with them since October 4th 2020 and kept us on the hook saying we are waiting for cabinets from Lowe’s and it is now July 21st 2021. We would have to contact them if we wanted answers and would always say they are still waiting on cabinets. So today I text again asking for answers. Finally text back saying the cabinets would take another 18 to 24 weeks so we should just

First they did an emergency repair on our roof after a severe storm and then they were on great assistance dealing with our insurance company and getting a new roof over our house. We are grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about Hayes Construction! Jeff Murphy was my project manager and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THRILLED. Jeff walked me through the process of restoring my home after a fire in December the first day I met him. Every single thing he said that day is exactly how my experience went. Jeff is knowledgeable about construction and restoration but, most importantly to me, he is knowledgeable about the insurance process. I have now used Hayes twice. Do yourself and your home a favor and call this company. Jeff Murphy and his team- AJ/ Terry have always set my mind at ease and their professionalism is unmatched in this industry. They treat your home and family with absolute respect- they put drop cloths down, cleaned up every bit of debris and answered every question I had. They were scheduled for a specific time for this second repair and they were ALWAYS ON TIME- a few minutes early in fact. I am in no way related to this company but they will remain my #1 call for work on my home that I cannot handle.

Hayes is in the process of repairing my home from a plumbing leak that ruined 3 floors in my home. The professionalism of this company and their customer service is something that cannot be matched. Hayes just remodeled our master bath and did a fantastic job. We have used them many times over the last 15 years and they always deliver quality work at a competitive price. The crews arrive punctually, work a complete shift and clean up at the end of every day. They are polite and professional. The project manager Steve is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and very realistic with his cost estimates and timelines.

I used this company to build a front porch over hand (the roof area) and add a new vinyl railing. The project was done on time and for a reasonable price. I received estimates from multiple companies and Hays was right in the middle. However, I think the quality could have been a little better. It's not that big of a deal, but some of the post caps weren't straight, and the glue/caulking was a little sloppy.

A leak in my roof, leaks that drenched my finished basement, a call from across the country for support for a door that wouldn’t close in the rain - Hayes has been there for me.
