Contacted Bear Renovations and multiple times they were going to come look at my roof and deck. Said they would come look at it they never showed up. This happened a few times wasted many hours of my time rescheduling appointments to be available for them. I ended up using another contractor.

Very poor customer service follow-up. Mike's son told me he would have an estimate to my e-mail by the end of last week as I needed for a refinance. Mike then told me on Saturday (1/18/2020), that he would talk to his son and get back to me about my request. I made several phone calls on Monday (1/20/2020) as Mike told me he would call me back in 15 min., which he did not do. In in my last call to him Mike asks me if this was a "game" or like if I was being serious? I told him and his son the purpose of my estimate. Mike appeared quite busy and stressed as he said he was responding to at least

Coleman called me back quickly so he could quote the project and schedule ice dam removal in a timely manner. He was great about staying in touch, informed me when they could officially schedule, when the crew would be arriving, sent pictures of the work, and provided specific payment information when the job was complete. We will definitely call on Bear Roofing again if needed. Thanks, Coleman and Crew!

These guys strung me along on an insurance claim to fix my roof for over a YEAR! Promises promises,.... I had to call every week and several times even stopped in. They never did fix anything. So I called someone else and had it fixed within a few weeks. Big thumbs down for this place.

I contacted them several times to get my roof replaced last summer
they said ya sure no problem we will get you an estimate
i even talked to the owner one time
he was like ya sure no problem i will be out in a couple days
they never came out never called
they totally advertise on tv the best in the northwoods
no job to big and no job to small there bear does it all

We had a problem with a huge ice dam and water leaking in around a couple windows at our business. Mike came out the same morning he was called to check it out, and he had somebody there doing the work that afternoon! It wasn't cheap, but to be fair it probably shouldn't be for the size crew he had and the number of guys and equipment he had working on it. Did a great job - problem solved! He also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Would use them again - great job!

When the ice dams this year grew the entire length of our gutters, we called
Bear Renovations for ice dam removal. They showed up when they said would,
they were neat, fast and most importantly didn't harm any shingles.
