I would highly recommend Giannas roofing. What started was a friendly visit from Butch to inspect my roof and garage from storm damage turns out I got both roofs replaced thinking I was paying for at least one nope Butch and Jeff worked hard at getting me more than my insurance wanted to payout so thanks again from happy customer with two new roofs

Critical: Professionalism
The representative was great but the company and the installers customer service was the worse. I am still cleaning up shingles from the work done last year and they damaged items and left my gutters full of shingles. Would not recommend. The work on interior damage took them coming out four times to get it correct

We had been researching various roofing companies when we came upon Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling. A few days prior we had a "consultation" with another roofing company. My daughter was the one making the phone calls and setting up the appointments. She was to be part of the entire process and she made it known to the different companies we had been meeting with. For this particular situation, she had asked for a 20 minute delay, as she was finishing up a work meeting. Our experience with Gianna's was amazing. We had a roof leak and called several roofers out to provide roof estimates. They simply gave us our estimate and left. Sarah from Gianna's came out, listened to our concerns, and inspected the roof. She said there was storm damage that our insurance should cover. For more than a year, she worked with our insurance company to make sure they covered the cost of the new roof due to extensive storm damage. They did so, and Gianna's installed a new roof, skylight, and roof guards that look great and will save us a lot of headaches in the long run. I've been

Great experience! We had storm damage last November and choose gianna’s to replace our roof. We had a very hard time with the insurance company (to say the least), but Jessie was there every step of the way !
Side note:Jessie would not back down from the insurance company and she knows her stuff! She was definitely the one I wanted on my side.
