This was a completely disappointing experience.I don't remember ever being treated more poorly by a sales person. I am providing a great amount of detail so that you can fully understand my rating. I arrived at the store and the woman behind the desk (let's call her "B") did not greet me. I looked around for a while--and saw a number of things I liked--the inventory is great. I asked her where to find one thing in particular and only then did she actually get up, speak to me and show me where to look. I found something that I really liked for one room, and returned to the desk to ask for an estimate

Spent $10K on LVP. Install was terrible. Trying to work with them to fix the job was a joke. They would not even supply me with caulk to fill in the gaps they left in the floor. They would also not even tell me what it was so I could purchase something similar to what they used to fill in other gaps. I finally just paid the balance due to be done with it.
Watch your bill. They also tried to charge me over $500 for Ram Board they never even brought to my house. Very unprofessional.
