Ever since 1979, when Rich Shane answered an ad in the paper for a plumber's helper, he's been showing up and working hard, solving residential plumbing issues for folks all over the West Coast. Over the years, Rich worked his way up learning from the experts, until he knew it was time to go out on his own.

Aristocrat Plumbing answered the phone when I called and I was able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. The work was excellent and the pricing was what I expected it to be. I will definitely use them again.

We had Rich and His son out to install our new dishwasher and connect plumbing to our new sink, install water filter and fixed a leaky toilet fitting. His responsiveness and communication skills were top notch. He was very easy to speak with and was on time and did exactly what he said he would. We wanted a VERY clean installation to accompany our new cabinetry and that is what we received. I called many plumbers before contacting Rich and they would either decline my job, not answer or return my calls and it was becoming quite frustrating. Thank goodness we got Rich. Glad we now have our GO TO
