I had a consultant come to give an estimate on Christmas Light placement that I’ve been waiting on for a year. I was a few minutes late and Kathleen cancelled my entire Christmas Light placement for the year. They are not forgiving or understanding. I recommend using your local contractor instead of this company. If you like to be treated poorly, and don’t think your business is of value, this company is the right fit for you.

Paid them for a whole season of lawn fertilizing. (5 applications 300 + dollars)
After 8 weeks and two applications there was no improvement to my lawn. They would only refund 109.00 to me so that was a very pricey 2 applications. My new lawn care guy showed me where the dead ring with a tail in my lawn was caused by excessive fertilizer dripping off the Vitagreen hose. Also there were no recommendations from Vitagreen on how to improve my lawn and an on site meeting request took 7-10 days for a rep to come meet with me. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I used the company for putting up outdoor Christmas lights; the fuses kept blowing because they strung too many together, and then wanted more money to fix it. Ended up doing it myself. They're probably fine for peat control, but it seems they might be spreading themselves a little to thin with ALL the various 'non-pest related' services they provide.

I am disabled. It was hard for me to keep up on the lawn. Hired vita green to mow and edge. The lawn never looked so good. I decided to hire them to spray fertilizer and weed killer. The prices were lower than most competitors. I have met alot of the employees and they seem nice. Was going to move to a condo, but now it just have vita green maintain the yard. Plus its much cheaper than condo fees.

Using them for lawncare for the first time this summer and they've done a good job for comparable pricing to other companies that submit quotes.

We called to request they come out to give us two quotes, one for a one-time project to clear some trees, shrubs and brush and the second for ongoing lawn care and tree maintenance. A guy named Michael came out and walked the property for an hour with my husband taking notes on what we needed done. Michael assured us they could handle all the work we needed and he would get back to us with the quotes. We never heard back. I've since seen him drive by and look right at our house. Still nothing. The field crews generally do a good job, but the management / front office support is just awful. They call to schedule and then don't show up or they show up at a different time than agreed upon. They will schedule a visit and then call a week later wanting to schedule the same visit again. I prepay for the year yet the bookkeeper starts the service with receipts being left showing that I owe for the services I already paid for. The field crew will decide not to do a service while they are there and not come back to the door to tell you that a service needs to be rescheduled for whatever

Requested a bid on a landscape project a couple of months ago. Have yet to receive an answer.

7:30 am, a Vita Green truck parks in my driveway, starts his spray pump, pulls the hose over the rest of the driveway and proceeds to spray at a house two doors down. When we went out to see what was going on, the driver said he would only be a few minutes. Oh well, you have certainly left an impression so far.

No other business comes close to the professionalism, price, services, advance tech and knowledge of horticulture, pests, fertilization. These guys are set it and forget it. Thats a peace of mind you get here.

After several years of working with Vita Green, we had a major disappointment this past Fall. We use them at my business for holiday lighting. First, they have this weird policy that when lights need to be replaced, they send someone out to count how many bulbs are burnt and THEN schedule an appointment for replacing. They say that this doesn't cost anything, but unless the guy who comes to count is a volunteer, his wage has to be figured in somewhere. I've only used them for a couple of things so far and plan to use their service some more. They are very prompt and professional both the reception and workers. They did a great job spraying for my bugs.

I used them in the past to replace a back-flow valve and blow-out in the fall. When reconnecting the pipes, they connected the wrong ones. Spring came and one of the zones did not work, I suggested that perhaps the wrong pipes were connected. Their reply was " It's Impossible, there must be a broken pipe"! Vita Green was going to charge me per hour to dig up the pipe to find the broken one so I did it instead. Come to find that I was correct! They connected the wrong pipes. There wasn't an apology, or sorry to inconvenience you, here let me help you cover your ditch
