Our services will include the removal of all existing shingles, perimeter flashing, step flashing, and boots or collars. Any remaining nails will be pulled or driven flush with the roof deck level. Deteriorated decking or any other items not desired as part of the finished project, will also be removed and replaced at this time.

My review is not based on solely the work of this company, but more so on the customer service or lack of. I went with this company based on the words of an employee. I had them come out and give an estimate for gutter replacement. We also needed one piece of fascia replaced on the back side of the house. We were given an estimate via text message from the employee. Her & I then coordinated the date for the work and I was emailed the quote on 5/24/2021. All in One Roof has completed 3 projects for us over the past 2 years. One project was my mom's roof in Clarendon Hills. The price was competitive and the work was done efficiently and reliably. They provided good suggestions and handled the problem areas well.

Giedrus, and All in 1, replaced the waterproofing layer and the roof tiles in the damaged area.
