The crew was outside just chatting away, doing no work. Apparently by their actions they have never worked in a condo area before because they would know that their voices carry. They have been outside our unit since 7:00 doing absolutely nothing but wasting time. The first hit of a sledge hammer was st 7:50am. I suggest they start at 8:00 since they seem to need 45 minutes to chat before work! Very disrespectful crew!
