Barry and Ruth are a great team, they called in advance of their arrival, showed up on time and were true professionals at cleaning our carpets and rugs. We had 5 bedrooms and at least another 1000 sq ft of carpeted areas to include 2 stairways for them to clean. They did a fine job getting out all of the carpet stains from our pet. We are especially grateful they were able to work us in to their already very busy schedule. If you want professional carpet and rug cleaning done by really good people, give Carpet Shine a call. Had my carpets cleaned yesterday, well just the living room actually.. my carpet still looks and smells as it did before i spent $100 ($79 for cleaning and $20 for tip) .. they were here a whole 20 MINS !
Time and money, and i still feel like the carpets need cleaned.. going to have to call another company .. you get what you pay for i guess..

I would definitely recommend Carpet Shine to anyone who is moving out of their place or is just overdue on their carpet cleaning. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their trade.
Because I'm moving out of my apartment, I requested a full carpet clean. They did such a great job, and now my apartment smells so good, I don't want to leave!
For any young adult who is just starting out, attending college, etc., I would recommend this place to you. Carpet Shine provides great service at a reasonable price.

They arrived in the morning, on time and did what I thought was a good job. The problem was, as the carpet was drying, I found a couple of spots that were missed. I called and they returned in the afternoon, I am guessing they were tired and not wanting to fix their mistake. They started to clean an area by a door threshold and pulled the carpet loose from the metal clasp. I told him to stop and he just kept going. They left Thank God, the carpet is not clean and is torn from the clasp. There was, no, I'm sorry or we will repair that or anything else. A good lesson in "You get what you

I had not had my carpets cleaned in a while because I was skeptical of the results and the prices, but I visited a friend who had his couch cleaned by Carpet Shine and they removed all evidence that it had been used as a dog bed by their Great Dane. I was surprised at the results and when I found out they will do three rooms for under $100 I sent an immediate email and requested the service.
A guy named Noah came and cleaned my carpets. He removed what I thought was a permanent stain from my off-white carpet. He was friendly, professional, and extremely quick. He allowed me to add two more rooms

I have always had the best service from carpet shine. They work around my schedule and are so courteous and efficient. We had some sort of ink stain on then carpet and Chris worked for quite a while until he could get it out. They are the most reasonably priced in town as well. But don't let the low prices fool you...the work is superior. Out carpets are old and with a dog get very dingy and they always look great after being cleaned.

We have three dogs and a cat in our condo, so we have a LOT of traffic. Our carpet was looking pretty dismal and we had a "pet odor" starting to develop after the hot summer, no matter how much we vacuumed and sprayed for odor eliminator.
Barry was able to get me an excellent rate for our entire upstairs (3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase). He was able to schedule me for the very next day even. The man who did our carpets was exactly on time, very thorough and even moved the bigger furniture that we were unable to take downstairs to clean underneath them. Our carpet looks fantastic,

I contacted Carpet Shine for the mandatory professional carpet cleaning that my lease required me to. They were able to work with me with short notice, and were prompt, quick and efficient. The man who did the work was also very courteous, and worked wonders - the carpet looked better than it did at my move-in inspection two years prior!
