Tried to call this morning. No one picked up. Got a call back from an irate employee asking me to never call the number again. She had confused me with an irate customer that was trying to get in touch with the owner today. Such an unpleasant phone call. Seems like a very unpleasant, unprofessional and unorganized company. I was originally calling to see if they were hiring; dodged a major bullet there.

They did a good job on the roof, but had issues with property damage, nails left all over yard and one ended up in my dogs foot. And Bob felt bad and did all he could to make it right, and i could tell he wanted to do what was right. And he did. On the other hand he contracts or subs other roofing contractors to do the labor, not Crest Roofing Employees. He was the cheapest i found to do the work, and i would recommend them, as long as you stress before hand your concerns for clean up and advise where your septic and leech drains run. and make sure you show him where you want them to drive in your
