DO NOT use this service. Terrible outcome, Nick doesn’t respond and won’t fix any of the issues. We are now at 2 years later and he has promised to come several times. If you like cutting your foot on your own patio, and completely spotted coloring, along with cracks (appeared in less than 6 months) this would be the patio company for you. We had the best experience with Nick and his team at A Touch of Landscape. He was very honest, recommending things we had not thought of for our patio extension and shed pad. He and his team were curtious, and professional, and made this job a success. Dealing with this during the Pandemic, we were uncertain if it would actually be possible, but Nick made it happen. I would recommend him and his company for any job you are thinking of undertaking!

Nick and his crew arrived on time the morning they were to start work on our patio. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked hard on digging out our patio footprint yesterday and today they were back to pour the concrete. It is exactly as we expected and anticipated. I would highly recommend NIck and his crew for you next concrete project!

I cannot recommend this contractor. He measured the size of the patio incorrectly (shorted us 20 square feet) and left obvious footprints in the concrete. He will not meet with us. He did not measure correctly and instead of a 20X20 patio, it is 20X19. He would not refund the difference. He said he’d have to pour by 8am to have things dry before stamping. He came at noon (with no notice) when we were not home (our son was) and poured too late. There are clear footprints in the patio that fill with water when it rains because they stamped too quickly. He insisted on cash and would not sign a receipt

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My wife and I called A Touch of Landscapes wanting a patio out back. Nick was there within a week surveying our property. We walked him through our vision and he gave us an estimate on the spot. Ohio weather proved troublesome, but once the weather cooperated Nick and his crew got to work. His crew was always very nice and respectful. The final product is outstanding and exactly what we were hoping for! I would recommend A Touch of Landscapes to anyone.

On budget and ahead of schedule. I have never heard of a concrete company referred to with those words but Nick, Taylor, and the crew renewed my faith in the industry. The estimate was completed in 24 hours and the work was completed 3 weeks ahead of my schedule. Nick was upfront so we knew what our choices were with our budget. We had A Touch of Landscapes put in a stamped concrete patio in our backyard and couldn’t be happier. Nick came out for an estimate within hours of the first phone call and was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. He walked me through our options and helped guide our color/pattern choices based on his knowledge and experience. Fantastic job on our front patio and walkway. Nick and his crew were great to work with, friendly, answered all our questions prior to hiring and while doing the job, listened to what we wanted and made recommendations, priced very competitively, and cleaned up after themselves. They will be coming back in the spring to do a back patio/sidewalk tear-out and will be enlarging our back outdoor living space. We have received a tons of compliments and use the space almost everyday!
