Today while doing spring maintenance, he fixed the hose from my water softener so it wouldn't drain under the furnace. I highly recommend Caniglia Heating and particularly Ken K.

I was very impressed with the prompt service I received from them. Their service dept. Is very well organized, and communication is exceptional.
Turns out after 14 years it was time for a new Heat Pump. Kenny came out, shot me a price, i accepted and assumed at least a week for the install....Well I assumed wrong, Kenny said he and his crew would be out the next morning to get everything replaced. They were done by noon, and everything works great.

If I could give zero stars I would. Trust me, stay clear of this company. Caniglia installed a Trane furnace six years ago and while selling our home now I've noticed they NEVER pulled an MUD permit nor followed up with the inspection. Furthermore, the Honeywell dehumidifier they installed failed after the first week and to this day is still not working.
Owner Jim Caniglial has boundless arrogance and blames me, the customer, for both the inspection that never happened and the dehumidifier that never worked. The customer??

I recently had Caniglia Heating and Cooling out to our property in Gretna for an A/C service call. After adding Freon to our system, the tech called and demanded payment before sending me an invoice. He gave me grief for asking for an invoice. After I saw the invoice I called other local HVAC contractors in Gretna and found that Caniglia charged me $400 for what other companies in town were charging $136. I called to speak to a manager and was told the owner refused to speak to me as he doesn't work in the office and they refused to work with us on the price of Freon. Very poor service, shady
