Horrible company, if you don't want to be robbed don't hire them to do anything. I found Hugo and his company while searching for local lawn service to fix back and front of my house. He came promptly at scheduled day and time to talk about the project and give me an estimate. We needed, fence on backyard, retention system since back of our backyard floods, clean entire yard from rocks, level everything, put new soil, new sod, plants, trees,flowers the whole nine yards. We agreed on price was told to pay half now, other half once everything was done to our satisfaction so we did. We gave Hugo check

I contacted Hugo to do some work on my backyard, basic clean up, gravel a dog run and most importantly a French drain. I had a few concerns as people were telling me to do different things. Hugo assured me the French drain would work and I would have no issues as my backyard is on a decline and water pools around my deck. The drain was poorly installed, and does not work what so ever. Frankly it’s even worse, and French drains are not cheap. Hugo stopped responding and has ignored my messages when I asked him to come back. My husband found this company and had been using them for most of our lawn care needs. We were scheduled to have our grass cut every two weeks. We have construction on our block and it hampered the ability for their trucks to get to the house. I needed a few bushes removed quickly, H&L Premium Landscaping were one of the few companies that answered or called me back. Hugo came out that day to give me a quote and after agreeing he came back the next morning to complete the job. I couldn’t be happier with their response and willingness to help me out when I was in a time crunch. I was so pleased with the whole experience I will be using them again in the spring!
