If I could add stars I would! Reasonable rates, quality cleaning, and fast. He had his work cut out for him in doing my house because of a very bad experience with a previous carpet cleaner. The carpets had not been cleaned in a awhile and there were stains from dogs too. An unexpected red candy stain I found under a couch was tough but he cleaned it!

I've called on this company twice to clean carpets in the house I rent. Roommates come and roommates go, but if I want to keep my deposit when I finally leave, the house needs to be in good shape. So when I called to get an estimate on cleaning the dog hair from previous roommates out of the carpet, I expected to pay through the nose.
Not only was the estimate reasonable and prompt, but the work they did was outstanding! I vacuumed the carpets three times before calling for the pros. I still found dog hair in the carpet every time I pinched it. Not one of the many pinches I did after Steam King
