Amazing. If I had one word to describe my experience, it would definitely be "amazing". In the middle of this crisis, our roof was leaking water directly into my son's bedroom. How can you trust a company that does not show up to their first apponintment? Very unprofessional business. This review is not for the quality of their labor. I cannot review it because they did not show up for their first appoinment to inspect the roof for leaks. I called them last week and they scheduled me for today, a week later. I informed the tenant who is frustrated with the leak. So tenat scheduled his time and waiting for them to show up but no one arrives. My parents needed their roof done and I contacted the many Yelp roof companies. Mary from A1 American Builders & Roofing replied back immediately and kept in touch with me every time I replied back to her. They went out to my parents' property and gave a free estimate. Unfortunately, my parents went with another company that was referred by a friend. A1 is the BEST! They were on my roof less than two hours after I first called, right in the middle of a huge storm, as water was pouring into my attic. It turns out the drain on our roof was blocked by debris from the storm, and water had pooled high enough to come pouring in through a vent. If it wasn't for their quick response time, the whole roof could have caved in. They're professional, courteous and very quick to respond. Definitely keeping them on my speed dial.

A1 just replaced my whole roof. We were very pleased with their work. Max was one of the first to give us a estimate. The estimate was thorough and included items that other companies wanted to charge us extra for. The work was completed in less than a week. Max checked on the work everyday to make sure things were going as planned and kept us updated daily. A1 took care of all the permits.
Would recommend for anyone looking to replace their roof without hesitation. 5 stars for sure.

I had a job to fix the exterior of my house due to some damage from a windstorm. It wasn't a big job but probably $4k or $5k. They sent somebody out very quickly who said this job is smaller than usual but he was going to help us and put together a reasonable estimate. He left without taking any measurements and I had to call the office three times just to find out where my estimate was. Then he sent somebody back a week later to take measurements but still no estimate. Then after two weeks I contacted them saying I was going to look for someone else because I hadn't heard from them.

Very responsive to yelp requests for quotes! He came by right away and explained his whole business to me!

I have used this company for my bathroom remodel. I got three estimates but I felt the most comfortable with this company.The service was great, always on time and always in good manners. The results are amazing!! Better then I have expected since the house is pretty old and I didn't think anything can be done in here.

I found A1 American builders while I was looking for a house to buy I called couple companies to get estimates for repairs some of them showed up some of them didn't . I know a lot of construction and I know when the guys are serious I got my 3 estimate before I decide ,it wasn't the cheapest one but they know what but I also know that cheap will cost me more later anyway NADAV and is crew finished my new roof from start to and include City inspection in five days also got very good warranty thank you again

I had use this company to replace my old roof and gutters I call several company before and got few estimate but max was the only one that explained me deeply about the process show me the material that he is going to use and even make some picture during the whole process show me my roof before with the damage that I had and also by the end, everyone was professional the price was reasonable and I'm glad that I use a1 American builders from all the other company I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need roofing!!

These guys are the real deal they come up to your house with there van make the gutters on the spot, installed and making sure that all the download installed and making sure that all the download spot fixed in place and there is no leaks, so happy with those guys they did a marvelous job very professional very fair price and the most important thing you have somebody to talk with they totally understand what we needed and take care of the problem within the same day which i thought will take much longer than I expect but these guys came and did the job the same day to care of everything so happy

Great service! The color selection is good. I've been searching for an off white to match my old gutters. They also had extensions so I could have the rain water run off into my planters around the house. I just sat there and drank a beer while they did the work. Thanks!
