Founder, Fred A. Settoon, began his career as a welder then later became a self employed business man in the 1960s. While he earned his respectable reputation and battled through hard times, he developed businesses to serve the growing needs of his customers in the petroleum industry. Of those companies, Settoon Construction, Inc. has grown into a well known licensed general oilfield and industrial contractor specializing in Marine Construction.

Since its founding, our company has been and continues to be family owned and operated.
