I work with Chris on couple of big projects and he did an excellent job. My first project is a liquor store which was in very bad shape. I hire an architect for the new design and make use of space efficiently and ended up paying ten's of thousands and we have made no progress due to skyrocketing project cost. Then I met Chris, Northstar Commercial Construction and after discussing the details with him, I gain confidence by his ideas and was able to finish the project with in the budget. It was very challenging project due the layout and extensions made over the time to the building. If its not

Northstar did a great job at a commercial building I own.
He soundproofed a large 3 car commercial garage and took care of some draining issues, by installing a 15’ drain and diverting the water away from the building. His estimate was very fair and he completed the work on time.
I would recommend him highly .
