We decided to go with ML Construction for our roof installation based on the great reviews! Manny is professional and honest. He came to the house and inspected the roof, took measurements and made recommendations which we really appreciate. He takes his time to explain the process. His team came on time and did an excellent job. We are happy with the work done and highly recommended him.

The owner Manuel came to my home and gave me the estimate. He is a very nice and honest man. He spent all the time necessary to thoroughly answer my questions and explained the entire process of the roof replacement. He showed me all the products he would use and their functions.
The crew of men were also very nice and polite. They applied the products on the roof just the way Manuel had told me they would.
My old roof consisted of two layers. They removed the old and put on the new roof and gutters in one day without any issues. They were careful not to damage my driveway and property! They

ML Best Construction completed our new roof and gutters. They also completed a new roof (including plywood) on our shed. They did an awesome job. All of the workers were professional and you really could see the culture of their teamwork. The job was done in ONE day and although Manuel told us it would be, I still found that amazing! I really liked how he provided us with a list of prior jobs so we could drive around and look at the roof color choices. We ordered the Black Onyx and I couldn't be happier. We called Manny at Best Contracting and he came over within a day. He gave us an extremely fair estimate on our full roof replacement, gutters, as well as siding. He was extremely nice and patient as he gave us advice on colors and styles for our siding and roofing. On the day of the job, all of the employees arrived on time, did a professional job, and were very clean and neat.
Several weeks after the job, I notified Manny that one of the gutters needed to be adjusted. He sent several of his employees here in a very reasonable amount of time to address the issue. We were incredibly pleased with

Manny and his team of professional installers replaced our entire roof with all new plywood in less than 7 hours. The workmanship was superb. Initially, Manny explained the complete process of how the installation would take place with no pressure. We have owned our home for many years, and we are so happy with the finished product. Manny and his crew were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Manny was honest from the beginning and made this process extremely smooth. You can tell they take pride in their work and are not the salesman type where they are just trying to make money. This has been a great experience, especially in comparison to other companies. Manny took his time and explained everything in detail, they were able to fit us in last minute and came early 7 am to do the job. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend ML Best Construction. They did an amazing job replacing my entire roof. Their price was not the cheapest; but was extremely fair. The detailed estimate broke down the cost for every part of the job. Manny was patient, friendly, well informed and eager to answer any and all of my questions; more important he clearly outlined the entire process.
