Very friendly from on phone making appointment to service Tech that came out (earlier then scheduled) let me know what was wrong got part out (which how furnace is set up was pain) let me know cost went got new parts came back in timely manner. Got it put in and even showed me how to get the door to stay on. When was done explained some other services they have to do up keep on my older (at least 18yr old) furnace to help make last longer. Thanks so much for getting my heat back on in this busy crazy time of yr.

A Breaker on our furnace kept tripping so we called Neil Thomas, we were told the problem was a bad breaker. I called after several days of not hearing anything, and they said they could not get the breaker and thought our builder had put an old furnace in our house that is less than 3yrs old. They recommended a new furnace. When we didn't go for that Dennis recommended doing other repairs. Called Amana and gave them our serial number, they verified our furnace was new. Amana said there was a claim for a new motor and other parts made by Neil Thomas for our warranty. They did not install these

Had a plumber come out to clean out my main line charge me $400 less than a week later it was backing up again I called the company told them what happened and they said I'd have to pay another service charge because when they left it was working fine if they did it right the first time there wouldn't have been a problem with water backing up 6 days later
