Came to install main water line shut off valve. 2 rookies show up that have only been with the company for a few months. They bill $150/hr. I fully expect a qualified, experienced plumber for that price. The 2 guys looked at the job and said they had never seen/done that before and had to call someone else. After being there 10 minutes, they told me they were going to another call and would be back later. The same 2 guys that said they could not do the job returned 4 hours later. They dug a hole in the yard and located the water line, but still did not know what to do and had to call another guy

Do not call this plumber, no matter how desperate you are. There is a good reason there are so many one star reviews. I see I am not alone in feeling like I’ve been scammed. Jeff told me an estimate would cost $80. Fine, no problem. Two days later I get the bill for the estimate (not the actual estimate) it’s over $1200. $80 for the estimate, $250 to snake the line with a camera and $750 for labor plus incidentals. Yes, he charges $150 an hour, including travel time. I’m located on King Street 1.5 miles from his business, but it’s based on wherever his boys are traveling from. Three months

Don't use them. Just don't. Asked for a W/D hookup, to fix a leak under my toilet, and reconnect my hot water heater. I had them scheduled for a days work assuming it'd be plenty of time. The guy arrives and says that he could fix the leak but it would take all day, and they can't start the other stuff which will take 2-3 days without doing an estimate which could take 2 weeks. Thankfully some guys working on my house were nearby and heard the interaction, and knowing I was in a hurry suggested someone they knew. The plumber they suggested did it all PLUS installed a new toilet AND replaced over

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value
Charged $85 for an estimate. 3 weeks later and we still don’t have the estimate. Called and were told they hadn’t gotten to it. Horrible customer service and shady practice of paying for an estimate that’s not provided. Do not use unless you want to get ripped off.

After I asked for their services they said that they would send someone to see the problem and that I would be charged $80 to get an estimate (applicable to the final cost if I used them) After they came they said that they could not provide an estimate without further information and charged me $160 for labor (labor= shot off the water and look at the pipe). I fought back, and was able to get them to go back down to $80 after an hour on the phone speaking to multiple people. The next day I called a different plumber who came, looked at the issue, did not charge me anything for the visit, and promised

Never been so disappointed in all my life. Jeff's Plumbing sent in a your man and I think this was his first day on the job. He absolutely did not know what he was doing. He kept calling the office. He cut all into our wall and once he realized it was copper pipe he said he had to leave as he could not deal with copper pipe. He wanted to come back in a week. So I paid $400 for basically nothing. The tech tracked stuff all over the house and was going to leave wet sheetrock and wet insulation in the floor until my wife told him to clean it up. Do not use this company ever!

I called Jeff's Plumbing on Monday to report a ruined water heater and after lots of very thorough questions about the problem, was given an appointment on Wednesday. Because I had this standing appointment, I passed on two other plumbers who also returned my calls. I called again on Tuesday to let them know I had chosen a water heater for pick up at Lowe's. They put me on hold, then told me the appointment was only for diagnosis, not for a repair. I expressed my shock about this and was again put on hold...then told the soonest anyone could actually fix the problem would be the following Monday
