My dream became a reality when I opened Like New Carpet Cleaning in 2005. Since 1998, I have cleaned a wide variety of textile. I am a firm believer in doing the job the right way the first time. I have all of the necessary certifications for all of the services that I offer. I only use carpet and rug institute green label cleaning agents.
I have done through research and have tried many different cleaning agents to be able to provide my clients with the safest and best products on the market today. Axiom Clean is the pre-spray that I chose to use in my client's homes. It is a product manufactured by PROCHEM that has proven cleaning performance.
1 When cleaning either carpet, area rugs, or fine rugs, we start the process with a thorough vacuuming, using a Carpet and Rug Institute-approved vacuum with HEPA filters. In the case of area rugs and fine rugs, we vacuum in all four directions, to fully loosen trapped dirt. In the case of fine rugs, we also flip the rug over and vacuum the rug from the back, because dirt can become trapped there.
When stretching carpet, all furniture must be removed from the room and the carpet must be stretched in multiple directions, to make sure the problem doesn't occur again. We use a power-stretcher to remove the wrinkles and get the carpet as tight as it can be. The excess carpet is cut off at the baseboard.
No matter what material the upholstery is made of, our cleaning process begins with vacuuming to remove any loose, dry dirt. From there, our process depends on what the "cleaning code" (normally under the middle seat cushion) for the upholstery is. When cleaning an "S, " we must use dry-cleaning methods.
