The Fujitsu Halcyon system eliminates the need for an evaporator unit and bulky ductwork. Instead, it uses thin copper tubing that pumps refrigerant directly to wall-mounted blowers inside.

The first time I used this company everything was good with the service.
I used them this year for heating maintenance and 2 Bad things I noticed First oil spilled on the floor that wasn't cleaned when the service was performed. My Boiler has an oil leak now and second the heat wouldn't stop coming out of the vent even if I turn off the heat. That wasn't happening before. I don't know what the heck is going on but the heat is just continuously working even when is off. I don't think I'm gonna use this company again for my heating needs in the future.

Had a 35plus year old oil furnace and external hot water tank replaced with a new furnace.
Richard inspected our old unit, explained our options, answered all our questions, and gave us an estimate. Richard was extremely polite, and in no way did he come across as a “salesman”.
Once we decided to go with his company, he gave us a date, and explained the procedure.
His workers showed up when scheduled, were as friendly and professional as Richard was, and did a fully professional job, with Richard inspecting and supervising from time to time.
Everything, from start to finish, I would rate

I highly recommend Richard's. I've used them in the past for boiler repairs, and last summer they installed a much-needed mini split system. They were prompt, professional and very respectful of my home - spreading drop cloths and cleaning up where they worked.

Needed assistance fast as my furnace was no longer operating properly during the holiday season with several days of very cold temps. Contacted Richard’s and the response was outstanding. Upon arriving to my home the problem was immediately diagnosed, which led to needing a new furnace. Richard and Ryan not only found a comparable furnace at moment’s notice, but got it installed the following day. The install was flawless, and the new product continues to perform well. Got our central air conditioning fixed today, had to replace the old R22 system on both outside condenser/compressor and the whole air handler. With all the research and recommendations we ended up getting a TRANE 4-ton 16 seer unit, all of which were supplied and professionally installed by Richard’s Heating & Cooling. We are very satisfied and very happy with the overall project. We definitely recommend them on your HVAC needs (estimates, new system, service call, etc.)! Very nice, professional, honest and great people to deal with. Communication was excellent and work was clean, neat and organized
