Its a silly thing to be good at but we are really good at getting glass clean. With over 15 years of experience dealing with every brand and style of window, you can expect perfectly clean windows every time. While the basics of glass manufacturing really haven't changed much, many manufactures are applying coatings that can be damaged.
Every house is different. There are many different styles of windows and we have different prices for some (storm, french style ect). Generally speaking, our price for each residential window in/out is $9-10. This means a medium size house (20 windows) is usually around $190. If the windows have never been cleaned after construction then we start at $13 per window.
