Add character and design to concrete by creating the "Look" of tile by "Engraving" the concrete and making it appear to have grout lines. Cross-Cut by Lusterstone is a simple way to "score" a straight line geometric pattern "into" your concrete. Our specially designed diamond tipped blades score a 3/4" wide by 1/16- 1/8 depth to give your concrete the "Look" of tile.

Critical: Professionalism
Steve is the most unprofessional business owner we have ever dealt with! I can’t see how he has a business after the texts and phone calls we had with him requesting repair! He is the rudest, most unprofessional business owner! He needs a course in customer service/anger management. NEVER would recommend working with this individual.

I had a small $1700 job done on my front porch and sidewalk. Beautiful job. Asked Steve how much to maintain. He said for epoxy sealer, $200 every 2-3 years. Called after 3rd year, $400 minimum. Okay, so I had it done. His brother did it and said it was a better epoxy that would last longer. 1 year and it was a dull POS. I found a guy that does a 3 step epoxy and my stone looks like new after 3 years. The initial product is good, but Steve is very misleading.

Steve came out the next day after emailing him to give us a bid. From the minute we started talking, we knew this was the right company to make our patio beautiful! Steve & his crew are all professional & do amazing work! We were worried that this fall weather might be too late to complete the job but Steve fit us in the schedule immediately & now we can show off our patio this Thanksgiving! We ♥️ our patio!

I called Lusterstone to talk to them about the different type gravel the use for their particular jobs on driveways and had to leave a message. The individual that called me back I failed to write down his name but started to ask him questions about the gravel used. He seemed very guarded about his services but I explained to him that I was just wanting to know what type gravel they used. He said it all depended on the job and color the customers wanted. I asked if they sold the gravel and he said he's not a supplier. I then asked where in particular they get their gravel and he said they had many

We are now in our second home to which we have added Lusterstone. We covered our front porch, courtyard, back patio and garage in our former home. In our new home we have covered an existing patio that we added onto and most recently a new deck. The concrete on the patio was cracked and was two colors since adding on. I don’t like the maintenance of a deck, so this eliminated a big portion of staining …Lusterstone resolved this. Maintenance of the patio and deck flooring are literally carefree. Leaves and snow are pushed off with a broom. We have been nothing but happy with each and every project
