I want to give less than one star, my father tried having them do a project a few years ago, called numerous times. They never called back and blatantly ignored him, now I'm calling due to needing my whole roof to be redone, and they said they'd call me right back. I still haven't had a call back. I'd give less than one star if I could

I came in here because we were short on supplies for our job. Tracy greeted me soon after I walked in and showed me to exactly what I needed. She also searched high and low for a simple drill bit I was looking for. I saw that they cared about my time and my needs. Not only that, but gave me a couple sodas for free 'just because.'
