Our A/C just quit working last week. We called Boerne Air Conditioning & Heating, but had never used them before. We spoke with Rebecca, and told her our situation. We were expecting to have a long wait time for a visit, but Mark and Austin worked us in their schedule that very same day! Mark inspected our unit & thermostat. Not only were we very pleased and surprised with the very reasonable cost for the visit, we also got a 10% senior discount! We had to have another visit for our A/C shortly after the first visit. Called to have our AC serviced. Was told they’d be here between 4pm and 5pm. They never showed nor returned my phone calls or IM’s. I ended up cancelling after 6pm since they never showed and had another company come out. Quite unprofessional!

We bought two air conditioners/ heaters for our home in October. The experience could not have been better. This is a significant investment! For the last 7 months , we have shopped for new air conditioners. We received three different bids from 3 different companies. I have had Boerne A/C and Heating out to my house twice in the last 7 months. Last night my A/C went out and it was Friday today, so I didn’t know if I could get someone out on such short notice. Today it was Alan and Seth. Both were very prompt and even arrived ahead of schedule which is always a bonus. They told me what was wrong after doing an analysis and made suggestions and recommendations.
Both times Boerne A/C and Heating have been out here, there was no upsell, they talked about how I could save money in the future at no cost, they discussed preventative maintenance and service agreements

Boerne air conditioning and heating is a great company. They're honest and will tell you what's you do and don't need. Their prices ar competitive. They installed the heat, ad, and duct work in one house of ours and w were so satisfied, they ar doing the work on our new house. Mark is super! Friendly, knowledgeable.
