Stopped buy the to pick up a piece of carpet for a job I was working on. it is not the prettiest flooring store that I have ever seen but service was good and friendly. And they had a nice selection of tiles and some carpet also. Over all I was happy when I left they had and would return again.

The staff at Flooring Resource has been a great help in getting my project completed. I have remodeled 8 houses in the last couple of years and this one was the easiest thanks to them. I ordered from Rich Etscorn of The Flooring Resource Johnsonite wall base material for a project. The material he said had to be paid for at time of the order. When the material finally showed up on site 3 weeks late and it was not even the correct color ordered. The material that showed up it was a light gray and not the charcoal color we had ordered for the project. I placed a call immediately to Rich to find out what was happened and was informed that they picked the color that was shipped to us. He apologized and said he would have it exchanged for the correct color right away. Nothing happened
