Trac-Work, Inc.'s greatest strength lies in our trained, professional personnel, who literally own 100% of the company. Since 1968, we have continued to build a network of people dedicated to performing top quality work, on time, within budget and in a safe manner. Trac-Work, Inc. trains and promotes heavily from within; hence, our managers come up "through the ranks"; with some having begun as laborers.

They have mastered rigorous quality standards and are dedicated to the principle of grooming their own replacements. This mind set begins with the foreman and results in a high quality, on-the-job training program. Trac-Work, Inc. employs a full time professional Safety Director with over 15 years experience.

The Director creates, manages and documents safety initiatives and programs appropriate to our heavy construction classification. He reports directly to the Executive Committee (President and Vice President) to ensure top management involvement in each new direction. Loss control efforts encompass everything from OSHA-FRA-EPA compliance to DOT fleet management of over 100 highway vehicles.
Services
Many of our customers allow us to set up their maintenance priorities and then carry them out within their designated budget. We work with smaller customers without budgets to assure safe and reliable trackage for their operation. We negotiate work, bid competitively or perform on a cost-plus basis, with a workforce available around the clock.
Our track maintenance experience is perhaps our most popular service. Keeping track structures properly in gauge, aligned, and secure is vital to safe, efficient rail transport. As with the maintenance of any machine, keeping track in good shape does not happen by itself. Time has proven that a faithful preventive maintenance program is the most cost effective strategy an industrial track owner can employ.
Trac-Work, Inc. employs a full time professional Safety Coordinator with over 18 years experience. The Coordinator creates, manages and documents safety initiatives and programs appropriate to our heavy construction classification. He reports directly to the Executive Committee (President and Vice President) to ensure top management involvement in each new direction.
