Great painting job. Great crew. Bob answered any questions I had, was really nice. Conch, the foreman of the job handled his crew so professionally - they cleaned up every day before they left. I have a 5800 square foot house, and they painted the entire thing, including all my iron gates and fencing, did a lot of patching surface cracks, re-painted a room inside, patched and painted plenty of holes on walls inside the house.

We had our home painted this summer and it's still not completed. It appears they are leaving my home striped for the winter. It is now too cold to paint and any day they say they are coming it rains or they don't show up. The communication is horrible. My house has peeled since the week after they were "done". They left sheets hanging from my roof for over a month now. I recommend you do not hire these people!

IM Painting did an extraordinary job on my home. The attention to detail was evident. All walls, moulding, casings were repaired and smoothed to create such a beautiful result. Jorge and the rest of the crew were wonderful. I highly recommend Bob the owner who handles everything with precision. I will recommend them to all my friends. The time and attention to detail is much more then I've gotten with prior painters.

Can't say enough about these folks - from Reid who is the estimator, to Nancy the project manager to Abraham and his painting crew. They did an excellent job and even though it took a couple of days longer than anticipated I am extremely pleased with their work. We had some trouble re-staining the garage doors ( high end wood custom doors) but they worked hard to make sure it was perfect. I couldn't be happier with selecting IM Painting and even though they were not the cheapest, the end result was without a question, worth it. I highly recommend that anyone who wants quality work

We are very pleased with the job done by IM Painting on our house exterior. Love driving up to the house and seeing the beautiful, fresh color change. Reid was very knowledgeable, very attentive throughout the entire project, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Concho, Ray, and Edgar did a stellar paint job. IM Painting efficiently and professionally completed two different jobs at my home. Both times, the painters showed up on time, put up plastic around furniture, covered the floors, and did an outstanding job. The painters are respectful of your home and your time, making every effort not to inconvenience me--difficult when your kitchen is being painted. I know what an excellent job Valentin did on my kitchen because the former painter (years before) missed several areas to repaint--like inside cupboards or the other side of doors. I felt the cost, although not inexpensive, was more than reasonable

I live in Woodbury Village in Irvine, and I had multiple areas of the house painted, including front and side doors, garage door, stucco along bottom of the exterior, 5 interior areas including 3 require drywall repair.
I got estimates from 3 companies, IM painting was the most organized and, overall, most reasonable in price. They were clearly the most acclaimed in terms of reviews and awards.

We had the entire interior of our house painted (except ceilings) including wallpaper removal from 3 rooms and had stucco repaired and painted on the exterior. Our crew of Concho (Jose), Ray and Valentin did an OUTSTANDING job! Their attention to detail went beyond expectations with everything they did from preparing each room until the job was complete. Bob the owner took his time to personally walk my job multiple times along with Scott the estimator and supervisor.
There were a lot of stucco cracks and caulking to do. Lots of prep.
They did an excellent job and put up with my pre-warned attention to detail.
They also did a great job on my neighbors house as well after mine.
I would use no one else. You've got a successful customer service oriented team to make sure you are 100% happy.
My neighbor is finishing his pool and I hope IM is back to do his house too.

They had a well balanced bid, knowledgeable personnel. We painted the whole of the inside of our 4 br. House lotta work. Did a really great job on the front end and the back end of the process place turned out fabulous I highly recommend this company if you're looking to paint your interior. Worked with us on colors, repainted with different colors when wifey changed her "color" mind. They came back and fixed any lil things we asked. Great company, integrity and personnel. Thanks guys

Called and talked with Bob. Had a long conversation about the job. Set up a time the following week for he or Scott to come out to walk the job and discuss. Stayed home from work that morning to facilitate the meeting. Nobody showed up. I called, got voicemail, left a message. No call back, now after 3 days. Disrespectful of my time and simply poor business practice. It's a pretty poor sign in a contractor when they won't call you when it's in their own best interest to do so, so I can't imagine how tough it would be to get a response from them during or after a job when you

We had IM paint the exterior trim and found their service, communication and actual work product to be excellent. They came out quickly providing a very competitive quote which we accepted. The work was done the next week and completed timely. We appreciated that each day the work areas were completely cleaned up around the house. Our final walk thru was excellent. Good workers doing the painting and the IM team made it an easy and pleasant experience.

IM did a very nice job on a relatively straightforward exterior painting project for me. John did the estimating, and was very helpful in showing me the options I requested, and was fine with only doing the basic work that I wanted. Their price was in the middle of the range of my other estimates for the work they did, although it was somewhat high for the additional work. I got the impression they work on the mid- to high end - John was very focused on quality.

I had a gentleman come to my home last week to give me a free estimate on removing popcorn ceilings and paint my home. He said it would be 1 or 2 days before I got the quote. it is now a week later and have yet to get the estimate.. I called yesterday and was told he would ask the estimator about my estimate I still have heard nothing. Its over a 10,000 job I guess I have to go with someone else

IM Painting updated my staircase with a beautiful rich brown accented with white spindles and white stringers on the side of the staircase, the trends were done in the rich brown color. It was a tremendous amount of work because of the two colors being next to each other, but the edges were very crisp and defined with no bleeding together! They also painted the whole downstairs and did an excellent job! Concho and Luis were very personable and helped me with the custom color I was wanting! I'm not one to quickly post negative reviews, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I sought 4 quotes from painters for the re-painting of the exterior of a rather large home. I met with John Logsdon who walked around the house with me. We discussed prep, colors and all the details that would go into the job.
