I bought a new double wide mobile home to replace my single wide mobile home and needed to hire a construction company to remove trees and shrubs, dig a seepage pit, install gutters on the new home, and reseed the lawn after the project. I gathered quotes from several companies, in the area, and most of the companies seemed disinterested or they didn't do residential properties. North Hopewell Township indicated that most of the seepage pits, in the area for mobile homes, are done by Top Quality Construction. I contacted the company and met with Jake Herbst, the owner, to review the project
