I've been a subcontractor of Thomas Simpson Construction for over 20 years and can say there is NO better company to work for than this. They are as honest as the day is long. By far one of the most reputable construction firms in NC.
Anyone saying differently has obviously lost touch with reality!

We live in Charlottesville, VA and have a house at Atlantic Beach — have had several homes here over the years. My wife and I grew up in N.C. We’ve known Leland Smith at Thomas Simpson Construction for 6-7 years. He’s first class in every way. Every building project he/his team have been associated with for us has been done promptly, thoroughly, efficiently, and apparently with good materials. I know nothing about construction, so we rely on people like Leland and Thomas Simpson.

We just had our bath remodeled in Wilmington 10 months ago our bath was twice the size of our pier pointe condo master bath which included the removal of a large jacuzzi tub. Simpson Construction’s quote was 8000 dollars more then our bath in Wilmington. We used high end fixtures, we had a custom vanity built that was 8’6” with 2 under mount sinks with white marblized style granite top, porcelain tile, enlarged glass surround shower with rain shower head and adjustable wall shower. We bought the plumbing supplies from Ferguson they were expensive and we will buy there again. Please be careful
