Hampton’s Plumbing responded within hours of a major sewer problem this morning and had it resolved in a few hours. I am so grateful for their help. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. Professional and very considerate about walking through my home-wore booties to prevent muddy floors. I will call then again but, hopefully, I won’t need to.

James and his assistant came out and fixed our old outdoor water faucet and pipe under our house. They came out the same day and did not charge me extra. The work was top of the line. They were very professional and friendly. In fact, they gave me a more than fair price for the work done. I would highly recommend this company.

They put my brand new hot water tank in wrong and refused to come back out and fix it. I even begged him to please do the right thing and fix their mistake. He told me his assistant didn't do it wrong. He wouldn't even come out and look at it. I had to hire another plumber to fix what he did wrong.Terrible,terrible work ethic and customer service!!I If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have a mannford address and location but she said they WON’T service Mannford. They should say that even though we’re located in Mannford, we won’t service you because we don’t trust Mannford people! How about you change your location then and maybe write in your bio that you stereotype and label ALL “potential” customers! What a joke of a company!

Hamptons Plumbing showed up in response to a call to my home warrenty company. He accessed the blown-out waterheater and shortly after that I get a phone call from the warrenty company with a 1200 authorization to do the work. Work was done in a professional and workman like manner and I have zero complaints about any part of the process. 5 stars.

I had 4-5 different companies come in looking for slab leak and ran static tests over a 3 year period. leak detectors said sewer was leaking but ran a camera and could not find it. wanted $1500 a day to search for it might take 2 days. James Hampton found the separation within an hour, He is very computer oriented and worked with the inspectors shooting pictures and sending to city inspectors.The sewer line break about destroyed my whole slab and the if the previous companies had found the leak I would not have $75,000 in damages to my house. Oh yeah, Travelers insurance did not pay a dime

They didn't even make it to our house. They lied to us on the phone, made a huge story about how we had called and said we were going to be gone for two weeks to Hawaii and didn't need a plumber. Nice story, but entirely untrue. They still claimed it was us and even said that we had told them we had a friend look at our plumbing and that friend told us the main line was broken. They went on to say that since we knew our pipes were broken if their equipment malfunctioned or broke we would be held accountable for any repairs to the equipment. This was our first conversation with them. Ever. They
