Concrete restoration is a specialty of construction that requires an experienced Contractor who specializes in this field. The quantity of Contractors performing this type of construction has grown tremendously over the past five years.
FCR specializes in providing historical restoration services to clients in South Florida. We first recommend that you interview and hire an Architect with experience in this type of construction. The Architect should have a Structural Engineer on staff or have experienced Engineers who are familiar with Historical Buildings.
As President of FCR, Patrick Forshee has worked hand in hand with Homeowners Associations and property management companies. Since the late 1980s he has serviced clients throughout South Florida. During the last 25+ years we have built long lasting relationships with many Management Companies and Associations.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - They never answer the phone . Forshee was hired to do renovations at the Southport condo building where my dad lives. The project started 2 years ago and the work was NEVER completed. This company kept giving excuse after excuse as to why they cannot finish the work. Read the 2 other community reviews that Forshee has destroyed and believe them - these condo owners experienced the same horrible treatment. The work is so poor, the HOA has hired another company to start all over again. My dads condo isn't safe and Forshee won’t take phone calls or respond at all. STAY AWAY

On March 19, 2018 Foresee Construction started the concrete restoration project on the building I live in at 236 Castlewood Dr. Today May 26, 2019 the project is not near completion. This experience with Foreshee construction gets worse as time progresses. The balconies have been in restoration for about a year now still not competed. The work they have attempted to complete is sloppy and needed to be re-done. These guys are crooks they have taken the money and moved on to other jobs without completing what they have started. Most weeks no one even shows up and when they do the start something

This review isn't long enough to cover all of the miserable experiences Forshee Construction and specifically the owner Patrick Forshee has brought to our home. His projecrt management is terrible. He said we would be done with construction in December 2017 and in June 2018 he nor his team had been on our site for 10 weeks. He let our home go into a lien and then to foreclosure before he finally paid the roofer with money we paid him 6 months prior. He put the roof on before the vents were installed so all vents now go out the eves, a sub standard choice and a problem waiting to happen. The doors

Our family purchased a single family home built in 1966 with decent bones, half an acre, good neighborhood, at a great price. This home was very out dated, needed a LOT of work but showed promise. We have gradually made updates when we could manage and Forshee Construction has played a huge role in our progress. Patrick Forshee has consulted us and his crews have spent many, many hours working at our home.

Can't say enough about Forshee Construction, anyone that lives in South Florida knows how tough it can be finding a reliable, trustworthy and professional contractor. Forshee Construction exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Excellent workmanship, always on time, respectful at all times and the communication and management was GREAT!! I highly recommend Forshee to anyone in need of concrete restoration.
