I called Sheesly's in the morning, and by 2pm they were at my home, despite every other place I called and had no same day appts. The two men that showed up were very professional, and even cleaned up the water mess that was created by the snake. It was not a lot but the fact that they made a point to do, was not overlooked. I would recommend using them for any of the services that they offer.

The entire staff at Sheesley's are true professional's. They help you through a project that can be incredibly stressful. They showed up when they said they were going to and performed the repair in one day so that we can use the drains in the house again. Sheesly’s was GREAT. We had a clog in our main drain from the house; they came out quickly, charged a flat rate, and got it done fast! Maybe 2 weeks later I noticed that the clog hadn’t been totally cleared, so I called up and they came out and fixed it on their bill! They had great attention to the customer and were pleasant to work with

AWFUL COMPANY! Extremely rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Issue not properly addressed from the start. Brought the wrong equipment the first day, wrong pump the second day... wanted to pump septic into an exposed area... Owner Mike is a huge scammer, too! Oh, and the workers decided to light up cigarettes while trying to place a new pump. Yikes!

I had them come out less than six weeks ago for an issue with a drain and having it snaked. The issue came right back and was not properly addressed by the company. If you're looking for a good experience, please look elsewhere. However, I would highly recommend Falkowski Sewer Service, they found a mass of roots that was missed by Sheesley's and were able to correct the issue with ease, and in no time at all!

I, too, was scammed by Sheesleys. They quoted a price to pump my tank (routine maintenance). Yet, charged me $150+ more without seeking preapproval at the time of pumping. When I complained in writing to the owner, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a reply. When I complained twice to the office staff, I was repeatedly told Mike would contact me and explain. I called 3+ times, before he finally did so. When he did, he claimed the quoted price was higher because they didn't know how big my tanks were DESPITE the fact that Sheesleys INSTALLED my Norweco system for approx. $11,000

Probably the most rude plumbers I've ever met
I needed a faucet changed in my tenants bathtub
They were sarcastic and rude. Being first thing in the morning 8:45am I would expect them to have a clean appearance and not stink. They had it changed in about an hour or so without an issue and charged me almost $200 to change out a faucet that I supplied for them !!
