Craig Smith, nice design of landscaping around my waterfall and river. The crew was good and workmanship was good as well. Follow up was terrible. Several plants died within the year and after several calls, I was told Jim would be out in the spring to take a look and replace those that died. Never saw anyone and after another call, I've still heard nothing.

Great people, but the company doesn't stand behind the products they sell
I purchased 14 rolls of sod at $6 each. When I got them home, I found that four of them were paper thin, and practically shredding as tried to unroll them. Watered thoroughly and consistently, but they were dead in 3 days.
I called Soulliere, and the pleasant person on the phone said that there was no guarantee or warranty. I would have been satisfied with replacement rolls.
Other nurseries and big-box stores have gladly offered replacements on previous jobs that I've worked on. If you do choose to buy sod from Soullierre

They did a really nice job on my landscaping. Michelle was on top of communication, picking out the best plants for the area plus kept it within what I wanted. The crew that came to set up were extremely… polite. They didn’t leave any mess behind. If you’re looking for landscaping, I highly recommend this company!! I will be hiring them again for the rest of the house.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I called the day before to reserve heavy tamper. showed up next day and it was rented. the lady. just wanted to send me away. difficult process terrible customer service… today. attitude and im displeased. I'm disappointed since location is convenient and has been good in past to me as well as to business owners I know. manager/ owner still not helpfull in making customer happy.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Michelle and the team. Our yard is beautiful. They came in and landscaped the whole backyard after an in ground pool build. Professional, knowledgeable, skillful,… thorough, and cleaned up after each day, how wonderful. We certainly are having Michelle and team back next month to do our front yard. Thanks to all of you.

First let me say that I have been going to Soullieres for 25 years, and over those years have referred many people. That stops today. The ladies inside are always polite and helpful, the guys that load our trucks are always nice and cautious with the vehicles. Ron on the other hand, as a business owner should be ashamed of his behavior. But after… trying to speak with him on the phone, I can tell he feels he can do no wrong. My husband and sons came up for a load of pea gravel. There was a gap between the bed of the truck and the tail gate. The guy that loaded them up let them know, helped

Though it's been awhile since I've shopped at this lovely place, I used to frequent it quite often. Now that I live in the area again, I will definitely be doing so soon! They always had beautiful trees, plants, aquatic life for ponds, as well as unique trinkets, sculptures and gifts inside their store! Decent prices and exceptional delivery of larger items. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

We hired Soulliere last year to do lawn grading and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Not estimated correctly, poor soil quality, where some grass grew it was all weeds. We will have to have it redone as it was not properly serviced.....so much for there expertise. Wish I could post photos I just took. Customer beware!

Very friendly, helpful, and caring staff. I went in to look for a Madonna statue. They listen to why that I was looking for the Madonna statue and I was crying. Because it's been 4years scene my Daddy passed away. My Daddy had one that it took me a long time to find for him. And when my Daddy passed she was taken from another family member and she… was supposed to be mine when my Daddy passed away. It had taken me a while to find a Madonna statue and that I can kinda afford because I'm a single mom of 2 and struggling but I'm very happy that they have layaway it's going to take a while before
