We had a simple problem with the p trap under the kitchen sink. I emailed them over the Labor Day weekend. They promptly emailed me back. I stated this could wait until Tuesday bc Monday was a holiday. I reached out Tuesday morning in hopes to get the problem resolved ASAP. And a repairman came over in 10 minutes! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clearly explained what the problem appeared to be, and he fixed the problem. Thank you! And thank you Pam (who handled our email and phone call) and to D & L Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

No showed twice! The first time the lady in the office said it was her fault. She was supposed to call me to let me know he couldn't make it that morning. I took work off to be home for them. The 2nd time, I called the office and hour after my appt time and she said he didn't come because they didnt have a phone number on file for me. What?!?!

When 'water' came through our wall from the upper apartment, they were on it right away for both apartments! Once he realized I have mobility issues, he went above and beyond to make sure he could access what he needed to withOUT me having to move around a lot. Most of what needed to happen was with the upper apartment, but he made sure things were set here and also helped me with information. They were up front about the rates for weekend/after hours vs 'regular' and made sure to let me know what had to be squared up right away and what could be held off until regular rates.
