Mr. Bernhardt has been with GBCCI for 30+ years. As President of the Company, he oversees management of all operations including- review of bids and estimates, preparing bids and estimates, and contracting administration. Mr. Bernhardt also manages- job meetings, change order preparations, and billing/close outs.
We truly enjoy the entire process helping turn our customer's goals and dreams into a reality. Our strong work ethic and dedication has allowed our commercial construction company to expand and evolve in order to meet the comprehensive needs of our customers. We are structured in a way that allows our team to complete multiple jobs at once, even in multiple locations.
Addition of bathrooms both one and 2 story new tile, tubs, and plumbing fixtures. New vinyl tile flooring throughout, new water and sewer lines throughout interior and exterior. Repair, texture, and paint interior surfaces. Paint exterior units, regrade and landscape entire site. New kitchen cabinets and plumbing fixtures.
