I referred my father in law to Roofing Done Rite because he has sustained weather damage to his pole barn. Meet the very proud, arrogant and abusive Lance Heffner. The owner of Roofing Done Rite. This man and his crew did some work at my house that was completely wrong and tried to extort $4K from me for the work. When I voiced my opinion about it, rather than fix it he insisted he was going to come remove all the work because it was easier for him to remove it vs doing what he was paid to do. Having never met this guy I was hesitant to let him come to my house after hour, mostly because of the abusive texts he sent below. I had to involve the police because this man was that offensive and bullied me

My house had some wind damage from a storm and my roof was almost 30 years old. I did some research and found Roofing Done Rite. Lance came out and gave me an inspection with a very reasonable quote. Once I decided to go with Roofing Done Rite, they were at my house in a very reasonable amount of time. The job was completed within 1 day. It astonished me how quickly his crew was able to get the job done. There were some minor issues that I discussed with Lance and he had his crew come back out and fix the issues no questions asked. The crew was very polite even though they had to be on that roof
