We had attempted to hire their service for cleaning our old house before moving out. Upon entering our lived in home of 4 years with two pets, they remarked that our house was "disgusting" and that they were refusing the job. The last minute replacement service we found remarked that they saw worse cleaning jobs daily, so search elsewhere if you actually need some cleaning done.
