BUYERS BEWARE!!!
After buying a house in a subdivision that the Bart Darwin builders had built several years ago.
My wife and I decided to go back with the same builder. We love the house that we are currently living in. Unfortunately, we have out grown it.
Wanting to get our family situated before the school starts in August. We decided to go with the model home in, instead of having a house built. My wife fell in love with one of the model homes. This home has been sitting on the market for several months. The builder didn't want to make any negotiations on the price because it could hurt

We built our home in 2013 are beyond impressed! From picking our plan to deciding on finishes, the process was easy and the quality is unmatched. I see other homes around, and know ours stands out because of the attention to details and WalBilt's commitment to not cut corners. Our expectations were surpassed and we are living in a home that we LOVE. When we decide we need a little more space, we will definitely be building another WalBilt Home!
