Very Happy with the job Smith did. We had about 2000 SF of LVP installed. They were here on time and did a very good job we are very pleased. Baron Sam and all staff will do as promised, They estimated three days for install, had it done in about 2.5 days. Price is very competitive and I recommend getting an estimate from them if you are thinking about new flooring.

I decided to get new carpet in the bedroom and hall of a $50K camper. There were curved walls and some tight spaces and the transition from bedroom to hall to deal with, but I wanted it done with 1 piece of carpet and no seams.
To say I am very picky about quality is an extreme understatement... the installer they sent did an excellent job. They will now be getting the 1600sf tile job I will be doing in the future. SUPERB QUALITY !

So happy with my LVP flooring. We moved into a older home with existing tile floors that were beyond ugly. Met with Sam and he helped us pick out the perfect floor to cover the tile. Also had new base boards installed. The guys on the job were great. So friendly ! They did a fantastic job. Very professional. Thank you guys again ! Would absolutely recommend them.

Baron Smith is such a kind person that we hate to leave a negative review. But other than him, the customer service was awful. We were told that the installer would be at our house at noon. We both left the office at 11:30 a.m. - when we had so much work to do - so we could remove personal items from the room as requested by the Smith's.
Noon rolled around and no one showed up. And then we waited, and waited, and waited. After about an hour, we contacted the main office and were told by Sam Smith that the installer was 25 minutes away. Another hour later, we were told again that the installer

Great experience!!! After visiting the showroom we met the owner, Barron Smith and he was just incredible. We were first time buyers and had so many questions and Mr. Smith was incredibly patient as he "taught" us about carpet so we could make an informed decision. He then came to our house, spent a great deal of time getting us comfortable with the entire process. He also worked out an amazing deal for us.
Our biggest concern was moving the furniture and he said they would take care of all that, too!
The installation team was prompt, courteous and professional. We had a few very heavy items

One day, less than 24 hours after Hurricane Sally hits this area and everyone is scrambling to help family members and friends to ensure we all have what we need. My husband and I meet up with my daughter and her family to give them food, water and a portable air conditioner. We park at the storage facility but bucket trucks begin filling up the parking lot and so we move to the outer edges of the parking lot at Smith Family Carpets. We are loading their truck when the owner(older man, white hair) comes out. Is he there to offer assistance? Maybe see if we are ok? Possibly chat about the storm

The installer breaks mirrors and tries to hide it. Installed the pad piecemeal with gaps between the pieces and didn’t secure the carpet at the thresholds. They put two holes in the walls and smiths carpet refused to make good on any repairs. The owners said that they are not in the habit of cleaning up their mess and if it was a mess the homeowners were responsible for all cleaning. The carpet was not as asked for and no aspect of the job was done properly! STAY AWAY FROM These people!!!!!

If you think you'll get a warranty on tile, carpet, or vinyl flooring your wrong...if you file a claim on issues with your vinyl such as manufacturer defects or poor installation you won't win. This business will file what they want to say about your issue and the adjuster will be friends with them.

Beyond satisfied with the customer service received from Smith Family Carpets. We have used them on several occasions, the most recent being carpet for our rental house. Totally unsat. Placed an order for carpeting which was going to be measured and bound to find in our RV. Ordered it 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Called today and was told carpet was in and they think they tried to get a hold of us - gave them 3 different phone numbers. They also said they had a person that does their cutting and they would have him come out and look at the job and then do the cutting once the carpet came in. After talking to someone todaythey told me they would have the guy that does the work call us direct. Wrong. Called and told the guy that helped us originally
