I guess they thought I wouldn't shop their price, because the vendor we chose came in at HALF their quote.
I was quoted $27/yard for 40 yards plus removal plus install plus pad.
Turns out I only needed 36 yards. (32 square feet "mistake" goes right in their pocket!!)
Funny when a vendor makes a mistake it's always in their favor not mine.
Always get more than 1 quote people, some vendors rely on you to trust them.

The installers that came to my home today came to my door with no masks on. I asked if they had masks (I was fully prepared to offer them a mask) and they returned to their truck to retrieve theirs. Then, after 3 inches of rain fell last night, they walked in my home with their shoes on- no booties to cover the shoes-- and proceeded to walk through my house. As I was moving about the house, at least four different times, I had to ask them to put their masks on inside my home. My husband, mother and myself all wore our masks for the duration of the service inside to PROTECT them, but they couldn

Be careful when dealing with Kermans. After install, they will send various technicians around to deal with warranty issues. Even if one technician agrees to warranty claim and admits that poor installation was the culprit, they will give you the run around and try to place blame on the consumer to get out of repairs. We've already had 6 warranty claims due to bad installation - to me that's excessive. This has occurred on both tile and LVP. I can not recommend them with any good faith.

We bought carpet for our house from Kermans and had a great experience! We worked with Christy and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. The carpet installers did a great job too, as the carpet looks fantastic!
I honestly couldn't be happier with Kermans, their carpet quality and pricing. I would definitely use Kerman's again!

Will never use them for any project. They do not honor their warranties, and they will make up excuses as to why they will not. I had people out to look at my lament hardwoods 3 times. Neither of the 3 times did anyone state to me that there is to much moisture or lack there of moisture. They did however tell me that the owner had already told my builder for Arbor Homes that they will not be using the flooring that was installed in my house anymore since they have had to replace it many times. So as to not replace it again they made up an excuse about my house not having enough moisture in it.
