Services
By far, most Schwisow Construction customers choose the Design-Build method of construction. Using the traditional method of project delivery, the owner must manage two separate contracts between the designer and contractor. While we successfully complete projects using this method, it all-too-often creates an adversarial relationship between the designer and the contractor, which can make it more difficult to work together to solve issues.
