We pride ourselves in being one of the few businesses in the Chattanooga area that delivers dry carpet cleaning. Currently, there are numerous methods of cleaning offered.
Our Pet Treatment is specifically designed to rid your home of all evidence of your pets presence, without leaving a harsh chemical residue that can hurt your furry friends. By pre-treating the carpet with our pet urine eliminator, we can remove all of the urine and stain. Then, by sanitizing the carpet, effectively killing the bacteria that is causing the odor, we can guarantee a fresh smelling home, with no chance of your odor returning.
Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Chattanooga offers an allergy treatment that can denature all of these allergens from your carpet, or other fabrics, and get your air quality back to normal. The treatment itself contains a fruit and vegetable seed extract which denatures the structure of the allergen, effectively reducing the "Antibody-binding capacity" of said allergen.
How often do you really need to vacuum? High-traffic or pet areas should be vacuumed daily or every other day, medium-traffic areas need to be vacuumed about twice a week, and light-traffic areas should be vacuumed weekly. Use a CRI-certified vacuum for optimum soil removal, dust containment and to avoid damage to your carpet.

They treat there employees so disrespectful! A friend of mind worked there ( Kevin Carter)and ran out of gas on the side of the road. Instead of giving him money for gas which is a COMPANY VAN they wouldnt. He ended up having to push the car to a nearby gas station. He informed me that they scam there customers by falsely telling them about coupons that don't exist and telling them to get the biggest pay from the customers as possible. Thats no way to run a business. They may be decent cleaners but if you scratch the surface this place is a scam. Charging $200-$400 is not reasonable service! You

Noah was very polite and did a good job. Take the online estimate with a grain of salt, the price was about double and you have to pay a service fee if you use a card. The carpet looked great at the end so hopefully it stays that way when it dries!

I cannot say enough great things about Safe-Dry! They brought my favorite couch back to life!! I was so close to purchasing a new one, but with shipping times I figured I'd try having it professionally cleaned before I gave up on it. I was shocked when I saw the finished product! I am so happy I called them instead of throwing out one of my favorite pieces of furniture!

Online estimate is $30 for a room. Then I called and double checked, they said the minimum payment is $49. It’s a little bit different but still okay. So I made an appointment for 8am in the morning and the technician was like 30minutes late. Told me it’s $105 for this cleaning, cause my room looks 45ft. Had an 8 am appointment today and the technician arrives an hour late with no phone call. He was very short and had no personality. Paid almost 300 dollars to have my carpets cleaned and you can literally not… tell a difference. Not to mention he left the floors filthy where he tracked through and there are white strings scattered all over my house! Then he is supposed to call me when he is finishing up so I can be here when he leaves but instead calls to tell me he needs my card over the phone because he has to hurry to another job. He just didn’t want me to see how awful of a job

Terrible experience!
First off I was quoted only $100 on the phone but once the rep showed up the price went up to 300.
They did a terrible job on my couch and I’ve been calling for almost a week now I cannot get a call back after looking at a few other reviews it sounds like this isn’t the first time this has happened!
I would stay far away from this company!
