L&M Construction is owned and operated by Larry Mazzella. L&M Construction was established in 1987 and has produced over 60 new homes along with numerous remodels and additions. At L&M Construction we thrive to produce the best quality and the most affordable rates on the market. We achieve this by working closely with our customers knowing exactly what they want before the project starts.
In these photos we removed the old book cases and 2x4 handrails and opened up the stair opening and installed a plant shelf and new ballusters. In these photos the downstairs hallway had different ceiling heights and the left side wall had cut outs and was uneven. On the right photo you can see we opened up the ceiling and built out the left side wall into a smooth surface.
