Main reason I wanted floor done was the remove a different colored stained square border in dining room. When I received estimate was told shape would still be seen but color would blend with new stain. Result.. still there in different color. Crew told me it's a cherry wood so it will still show. I should have been told this from beginning so we could have tried to replace those boards. I expressed my disappointment when I received invoice (no follow up first to see how things went). We needed to have some very old floors refinished in a 200 year old house. The room had been covered in disgusting carpeting for years, the wood underneath didn't look great but was original wide plank. Estimator was convinced they could bring the floors back to life and they did. Great service from everyone, especially the man who refinished the floor. First rate, came on time every day, cleaned everything every day and we were amazed at how little dust escaped. He took time to come up with the exact stain to match other existing floors. Great Company. The guys that worked on our floor were professional, polite and very carful not to damage anything in our home with there equipment. They were hard workers and they worked very well together. If you had any questions they took the time to talk to you. The floor looks wonderful.

Deible's Hardwood have been incredible to work with during our hardwood installation process. They are extremely communicative, they have the same people answering the phones when you call so they always know you when you call and never need to ask about your situation. Their customer service is incredible and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with their work. I've worked with many people there and have had wonderful interactions with everyone from Leslie the scheduler, to Mike the owner, Tyler one of the installers, and everyone else that has been around. Everything about our experience with Deible's was wonderful! Office staff replied promptly, and were all very helpful when we needed to change our date of service. Jason, Austin, and Dave all did a terrific job refinishing our floor and installing new baseboards, and were very accommodating. The attention to detail was amazing, and floor looks great!
